Hi Friends,
Welcome to Tip 5 of our Spring Clean Your Health Series — today we’re talking about Water and how to boost your Hydration and increase water consumption.💧
Hydration is one of the simplest ways to improve your energy, focus, and performance — both in and out of your workouts. Even mild dehydration can leave you feeling flat, foggy, and less motivated to move. This one is a simple fix!
Here’s how to keep your body well-fueled and hydrated:
Keep it close. Have a water bottle within reach all day — if you see it, you’ll drink it.
Add some flavour. Fresh mint, lemon, cucumber, or berries make plain water feel refreshing and enjoyable.
Set a goal. Aim for 2–2.5L a day. Add a little extra on warmer days or if you’re exercising.
Swap it out. Replace one sugary or fizzy drink with water each day — your body (and skin!) will thank you.
Hydrate before you dehydrate. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty; sip steadily through the day.
Small habits make a big difference. This week, notice how your energy and movement feel when you’re well-hydrated — clearer mind, stronger body, smoother day.
Cheers to clear thinking and strong movement,
Move more. move well. movement matters.
