fitmobility is a strength and mobility studio designed to help adults move with confidence, ease, and purpose.
My approach is calm, supportive, and deeply personalised because every body is different, every story is unique, and movement should feel empowering, not intimidating.
I specialise in helping adults 45+ build strength, improve mobility, and feel capable in their everyday lives. Whether you’re navigating stiffness, returning to exercise, managing midlife changes, or wanting to stay independent and active, you’ll find a space here that feels safe, encouraging, and genuinely human.
I also provide individualised strength and mobility training for NDIS participants, adapting each session to support balance, coordination, functional movement, and daily independence. Our training is evidence‑informed, inclusive, and always delivered with care and respect.

About Monique

Hi, I’m Monique — the owner and coach behind fitmobility.
I help people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies, no matter their starting point. My training approach is supportive, realistic, and tailored to the individual, because meaningful progress happens when we feel safe, understood, and encouraged.
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including adults 40+, busy parents, beginners, seniors, and NDIS participants with varying physical and cognitive needs. I have a particular interest in dementia‑prevention support and working with individuals experiencing early‑onset cognitive decline. My focus is always on improving quality of life through strength, mobility, and purposeful movement.
Whether I’m coaching someone through their first squat, helping relieve stiffness, building confidence after injury, or supporting someone to move more independently at home, my goal is the same:
To help you move more, move well, and keep doing the things you love.
Training with me is collaborative, personalised, and grounded in trust.
You’ll never be pushed into extremes, just guided with care, clarity, and a belief in what your body can do
