1. Services & Bookings
fitmobility provides personalised personal training, group fitness classes, and related movement and wellness services.
All sessions and classes must be booked in advance via the online booking system or directly with your trainer. Availability, services, trainers, and session formats may change from time to time.
Personal training clients may be allocated a regular training time to support consistency and progress.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Personal Training

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a personal training session.

Personal training session packs are valid for a specified period, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Group Fitness Classes

Cancellation and rescheduling notice requirements vary depending on class type and time of day. This will be advised at sign-up.

Clients are responsible for providing appropriate notice when cancelling or rescheduling a class booking.

Package-based class memberships require advance notice to pause or cancel. Notice periods will be communicated at the time of purchase.
fitmobility understands that unexpected situations can arise and will apply discretion where appropriate.
3. Payments
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include online payments, direct bank transfer, and cash.
Any recurring or ongoing payment arrangements are subject to agreed notice periods for cancellation or pause.
4. Health & Safety
To ensure a safe training environment:

All clients must complete a Pre-Exercise Health Screening Form prior to participating in any session.

Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes to their health status.

Medical clearance may be required before participation.

fitmobility reserves the right to modify, restrict, or suspend participation if a client’s safety or wellbeing is at risk.
5. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:

Arrive on time and ready to participate.

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for exercise.

Treat trainers and other clients with courtesy and respect.

Avoid excessive phone use during sessions.
fitmobility reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation if behaviour compromises safety, wellbeing, or the experience of others.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
By participating in any fitmobility session, you acknowledge that:

Physical activity carries inherent risks.

Participation is voluntary.

You accept responsibility for your own health and safety.

fitmobility is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law or in cases of gross negligence.
7. Photography & Media
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for marketing or promotional purposes.
By participating, clients consent to the use of such images unless they advise fitmobility otherwise in writing.
8. Changes to Services
fitmobility reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services, schedules, trainers, policies, or session formats at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
9. Force Majeure
fitmobility is not liable for service interruptions, closures, or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
