At fitmobility, we provide personalised strength, mobility, and fitness services designed to deliver real results. Because our programs are tailored to each client, all session packages, group classes, and workshops are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable. While refunds are not available, you can reschedule sessions according to the following guidelines:
Personal Training:

Cancel at least 12 hours before your session to reschedule.

Cancelling within 12 hours: Every effort will be made to reschedule within the same week, if unsucessful the full session fee applies.
Group Fitness Classes:

Morning classes: Reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.

Evening classes: Reschedule by 9 AM on the day.

Casual class bookings ($25/class): 4 hours’ notice required to join.
MoveMore & MoveMost Packages:

Payments are charged weekly in advance.

Minimum 14 business days’ notice is required to cancel or pause a package.

6 hours’ notice required to reschedule a class.
